Can I order samples of your LED or HPS grow lights?

Yes — we welcome sample orders. Testing a sample is the best way to check performance and build quality before committing to a larger purchase, and samples are available across the full Delponting grow light range.

What are your lead times? Do you ship from stock?

Yes, we hold stock for fast dispatch. In-stock orders ship within 24 hours from our overseas warehouses in Germany, the USA and Canada, or from our factory in China. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days to those regions and 5–10 days to other countries shipped from China. Bulk orders of 100+ units usually require 2–4 weeks for production. We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT, with air and sea freight also available, and we take every precaution to make sure your order arrives safely.

Can you print my logo and customise products to my own design? OEM / ODM

Yes. Our R&D team can build to your specifications and produce samples for your approval before you place a production order — so you can confirm every detail with confidence.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every light carries a full 2-year warranty and every ballast a full 5-year warranty. With more than 10 years in the industry, our manufacturing experience gives us tight control over quality — and we keep refining our products every year.

How do you handle quality issues?

Should I choose LED or HPS, and which model fits my grow space?

Both have their place. LED runs cooler and more efficiently and is ideal for full-cycle growing, while HPS delivers intense, proven output many growers prefer in flower. The right wattage depends on your canopy size and crop stage — tell us your grow area and goals and our team will recommend the best fit.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

What payment methods do you accept, and is there a minimum order?

Retail orders can be paid securely at checkout by major card and the payment options shown there. For bulk and wholesale orders we also accept bank transfer (T/T) and can agree terms to suit your order. Sample and single-unit orders have no minimum — get in touch for MOQ on customised or large-volume orders.
