Purchase change & cancel

This policy applies when all or part of a purchase is canceled, whether the payment is partially or fully made, but BEFORE the item ships.

A purchase may not be altered or canceled without Delponting’s authorization. If and when authorized, 10% off the purchase value (minimum $50 USD) may be charged to cover re-stocking and operational costs.

A cancellation made after the product has shipped is treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Risk of loss

All purchases of physical items from Delponting are made pursuant to a shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, do not use the product and contact Delponting. If a return and refund is granted, it will be subjected to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed by Delponting:

Only products in saleable condition, shipped from Delponting and having arrived within the last 30 days, will be considered for a return in terms of refund.
Special configured products (non-stock/special order) will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by Delponting.
Should Delponting agree to a return and refund, expect repayment within 3 working days after arrival at Delponting.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product description

Delponting attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Delponting does not warrant that product descriptions and other content of any Delponting service is accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by Delponting is not as accurately described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
